Throughout the industry different companies are legally bound to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and all its statutory provisions along with the Equality Act 2010. New Regulations and Codes of Practice are impacting every company throughout the UK.

As an employer you must identify whether your company complies and whether your premises and facilities need to have reasonable adjustments implemented to ensure people with disabilities have equal opportunities in applying for and staying in work, and when visting the premises where the premises is a service provider. This can be undertaken by means of a Disability Access Audit.
